Hello I am so grateful you stopped by to get to know me a little bit. I’m Heather, a wife and mama to a spirited little girl and two cuddly furbabies.

My passion for photographing families is inspired by my passion for people; and all the beauty and chaos that comes with them. I am unapologetically sentimental when I look at photographs taken from my childhood; reliving and feeling those memories. I can remember what my childhood home looked like, feel the tenderness of my mama’s snuggles, and relive moments of my childhood that my brain otherwise forgot. You know, those moments that catch all of your feelings in your throat and leave a stream of happy tears down your face? I  want to capture your family like that. They aren’t perfect, but they’re yours.

I am a Rhode Islander at heart, but currently call Pensacola home. I miss the way the New England sun would warm up my car on a cold autumn day, and I really miss bakery pizza. But I am so thankful that the Navy sent our family where it doesn’t snow.

I can tell you that God has blessed me with empathy and a deep desire to become a clinician, and am currently in grad school for social work. My passion for social work and photographing families goes hand in hand and leave me endlessly inspired.

I love Grey’s Anatomy, The Handmaid’s Tale and am currently working my way through The Office with my husband. I will never get enough of our emerald ocean and adventuring with my three year old. A good cup of coffee always warms my soul, and laughing with good friends and family over a home cooked meal reminds me to slow down and be grateful.

As your photographer, I want to capture your family in this season that God has put you in. I want to capture the way you children laugh, the way your spouse nuzzles into you in your favorite places and spaces. I want you to walk away from the session grateful, with memories that make you feel the connection and love in your family in a raw and authentic way.
